Return & Exchange Policy
Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition.
To Request a Return:

- Order number/Proof of purchase
- Item you would like to return
- Reason for the return
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
Exchanges
We gladly accept exchanges for size issues within 14 days of delivery.
To Request an Exchange:
Send us an email at 2LLabelCompany@gmail.com. Please include:
- Order number/Proof of Purchase
- The size/item you would like instead
Once we receive the original item back, we will ship the replacement.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, misprinted, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo of the item. We will replace it at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or personalized items
- Clearance or final sale items
- Items that have been worn or washed
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the item and if return is approved we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.
